It started with insecurity.

In my teens I was unhappy with how I looked and so began my lifelong journey into training. No guidance. No structure. Just a lot of trial and error.

15 years later…

I feel blessed to be able to give people the gift that I was able to give myself.

That’s what drives me.

I didn’t build Lockeroom just to be another gym.

We’re building the global leader in Executive Fitness.

Because I know how good life feels when your health is on point and how nothing else matters when it’s not.

I was the smallest guy in my year. Training gave me the strength and confidence to compete on the rugby field and in life.

That changed everything.

I saw firsthand how transformative training could be. And I made it my mission to share that feeling with others.

I saw the gap.

Time-poor executives were trying to squeeze fitness into an already packed life. I knew I could build something that actually worked for them.

Now, 16 years on…

I’m a father of two young boys. These days, I train to be the healthy, energetic, cool dad — on the field and off it.

Lockeroom is my proudest work.

It’s the solution I wish more people had access to. And we’re just getting started.
