Lockeroom was founded with a singular focus: Dramatically improve the health and fitness of founders & executives.

Our founders

Lachy and Raph started as training partners, first meeting in 2010, before launching Lockeroom - a gym built for busy executives who want real, lasting results.

After 7 years running their previous group fitness brand together, they opened the first Lockeroom in March 2021.

Today, it’s the go-to space for high-performing professionals.

Welcome to Lockeroom.

It started with insecurity.

I was a teenager, unhappy with how I looked and had no clue what I was doing.
No guidance. No structure. Just trial, error, and frustration.

15 years later…

I’ve coached everyday people, pro athletes, and CEOs. And I kept seeing the same thing—
smart, capable people being let down by the fitness industry.

That’s what drives me.

I didn’t build Lockeroom to be another gym.

It’s personal.

Because I know how good life feels when your health is on point—
and how nothing else matters when it’s not.

Started small—literally.
I was the smallest guy in my year.
Training gave me the strength and confidence to compete on the rugby field—and in life.

That changed everything.
I saw firsthand how transformative training could be.
And I made it my mission to share that feeling with others.

I saw the gap.
Time-poor executives were trying to squeeze fitness into an already packed life.
I knew I could build something that actually worked for them.

Now, 15 years on…
I’m a father of two young boys.
These days, I train to be the healthy, energetic, cool dad—on the field and off it.

Lockeroom is my proudest work.
It’s the solution I wish more people had access to.
And we’re just getting started.
