Can anyone join Lockeroom?

To maintain our close-knit community, each member must hold the following position at their company/s: Director, co/Founder, Partner, Executive, C-suite, Leadership Team, Board Member, BDM, GM, President or VP.

How do I enquire for membership?

Submit an enquiry on our website. Our team will reach out to book a short intro call to see if you're a good fit before inviting you in for a private tour.

What makes Lockeroom different from a regular gym or PT studio?

Lockeroom has 3 main differences which sets it apart.

  • Lockeroom allows clients to flexibility book PT sessions in an app. This makes it easier for clients with busy schedules to maintain their weekly bookings.
  • Private facility for executives. No waiting for equipment and a professional welcoming atmosphere
  • All-in-one team. At Lockeroom you'll work with a team of health experts to hit your goal, so you're not overly reliant on 1 person.
What should I expect in my first 30 days?

You'll complete the Lockeroom Physical™(strength, VO2 max, body scan), start personalised training, meet your Results Manager, and begin your journey.

Where is Lockeroom located?

Lockeroom has two private facilities in Sydney CBD, on Bridge St and Bligh St.

Membership

How much is membership?
+

All inclusive packages start at 265/week. More details on pricing can be found here.

How long are membership terms?
+

Membership options range from 6 months to 12 months

Can I pause my membership if I travel or get injured?

Yes, you can pause your membership for extended travel or medical reasons.

Are there any referral benefits for bringing in a friend or colleague?

Personal Training

What type of training will I do?

You'll follow a personalised weights and cardio plan tailored to your goals, movement needs, and health data.

What are the Boxing sessions like?
+

Boxing is technique-focused, coached by current and former amateur & professional boxers. Ideal for improving fitness, stress relief, and coordination. No experience required.

What type of clients are at Lockeroom?

Our members are busy professionals—mostly executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs with beginner up to intermediate gym experience.

How often can I train per week?

This is determined based on how often you can commit consistently for and what your goals are.

What if I have an injury or mobility issue?
+

Our expert coaches modify your training around any injury or limitation, with a focus on rehab and long-term function. On staff are 3 Exercise Physiologists and a local physio.

Nutrition & Health

How does nutrition coaching work?

You'll meet with our dedicated nutritionist to develop a personalised plan based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

Do you offer meal plans or supplement advice?

Yes, we offer flexible meal templates and supplement guidance based on your individual needs and blood work results.

What type of results can I expect with your nutrition support?

Most members see improved energy as well as decreased body fat and increased lean muscle mass.

Do you do blood testing or body scans?

Yes. We offer full body composition scans, and blood testing is available via our medical partners.

Can Lockeroom help with weight loss or muscle gain goals?

Absolutely. Whether you want to lose fat, build strength, or improve performance, we tailor everything to your goals.

Facilities & Access

Can I attend the gym outside of my personal training sessions unsupervised?

Yes. Outside of appointment times and on weekends the gyms are available for clients to use.

Does the gym have showers & change room facilities?

Yes, our facilities include clean, modern showers, lockers, and changing areas for all members.

Is Lockeroom a male-only gym?

No. Lockeroom is open to and has both men and women.

Is there parking or easy access nearby?
+

Yes. Both locations are near public transport, with multiple parking options within walking distance.
