Why Too Much Exercise Can Drain Your Energy
Here are a few reasons why too much exercise can actually drain your energy levels:
Increased Stress Hormones
When you exercise, your body releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. While these hormones can be helpful in small doses, excessive exercise can lead to chronically elevated levels of these hormones, which can leave you feeling drained and fatigued.

2. Inadequate Recovery Time
Overtraining
3. Depleted Energy Stores
When you exercise, your body burns through stored energy in the form of glycogen. If you're not properly fueling your body with adequate nutrition and rest, you may be depleting your energy stores too quickly, leaving you feeling drained and fatigued.

Overall, while exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, it's important to find a balance that works for your body and your individual needs.
Be sure to give your body adequate time to recover between workouts, fuel your body with adequate nutrition and rest, and listen to your body's signals if you're feeling fatigued or run down.
