Becoming a personal trainer at Lockeroom is a highly difficult, rigorous and time intensive pursuit. We only hire 1 in over 80 job applicants and host a series of online exams, several rounds of interviews and an intensive trial period to assess their skills on the gym floor.

APPLICATION PROCESS

If you are considering enquiring to join the Lockeroom team please read closely. Our application process is rigorous and helps us assess your education, coaching abilities and whether you are the right cultural fit for our team. This is all to ensure you can excel in your role.

STAGE ONE

Initial Call

You will do a few online personality tests and virtual call with one of our team.

STAGE TWO

In-Person Interview

If you pass the 1st stage you will join one of our founders for an in-person interview.

STAGE THREE

Interview With Directors

Join our team of owners/directors for a group interview.

STAGE FOUR

Final Interview

At this stage you will have a final interview with our two founders before consideration of a job offer.

Lockeroom is the private personal training gym for business executives. With us, clients elevate their fitness and career simultaneously with our unique training and networking experience.
Each session at Lockeroom is by appointment only and has a strict ratio of two clients to one coach. Designed to foster relationships and build valuable business connections with fellow members whilst receiving that close unparalleled attention from industry leading personal trainers.

Our Methodology

Our personal training experience has been designed with busy professionals in mind. With a coaching and programming methodology that has been refined over the past decade with thousands of clients.
Each client at Lockeroom has a personal relationship manager who holds them accountable to their training, appointments, nutrition and goals.
We puts aside unnecessary amenities, fancy equipment or fads and deliver what is most important to clients, transformation. Our results are not based on quick short term fixes but on long term, sustainable and consistent lifestyle changes that compound for optimal health improvements.
