The Rise of Non-Alcoholic Drinks Among People Over 35
Somewhat surprisingly, in recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in the popularity of non-alcoholic drinks among people over 35.
Here are a few reasons why non-alcoholic drinks are becoming more popular among this age group:
1. Health Consciousness
As people get older, they tend to become more health-conscious and mindful of their diet and lifestyle choices. Non-alcoholic drinks offer a healthier alternative to traditional alcoholic beverages, allowing people to enjoy a night out without compromising their health.
2. Increased Options
Non-alcoholic drinks are now available in a wider range of options and flavours, making them a more appealing choice. They also taste pretty darn good.
3. Social Norms
In the past, drinking alcohol was often seen as a mandatory social norm, particularly in business and networking situations. However, attitudes are changing, and more people are choosing to abstain from alcohol for personal or health reasons. Non-alcoholic drinks allow people to participate in social situations without feeling left out.
Overall, the rise of non-alcoholic drinks among people over 35 reflects a growing trend towards health-consciousness and a more inclusive social culture. If you're interested in exploring non-alcoholic drink options, I encourage you to try out some of the beers and wines… i don't know if the spirits are quite there yet.
I think some of you probably hated this one haha, no apologies yet.
Times are changing and if there’s a healthier way to do something so why not do it.
