“One of the biggest challenges I was facing before I came to lockeroom was balancing my health and fitness over my work and personal life. When I moved to Sydney I was fit and healthy however my new job in Sydney meant that my work life balance was completely thrown off, I lost my routines, I lost my health and fitness and I put on weight quite quickly.”
