“I’ve always been fit, but never in brilliant shape. Huge working hours for years, whilst being very fit, the diet was neglected. The result, low on energy, often injured due to inflammation, and you simply can’t out-train a bad diet, especially not injured.

Add in the boozy nights out each weekend and the body was just being stressed in too many ways as the training intensity simply kept increasing to try and out-train the bad lifestyle habits.”
