An unpredictable schedule, last minute travel and long work hours are all obstacles our training system overcomes. Personal training sessions are available every 40 minutes from 5:30am - 7:30pm.

Clients can schedule, cancel and re-schedule last minute on the same day.

BOXING

From fun cardio inspired workouts to technical footwork, punching drills and self defence. This is not boxercise. This is real boxing.

  • Learn the sweet science of boxing in a high energy, safe and controlled environment.

  • Coaching and training under the guidance of experienced coaches who hold amateur and professional boxing accolades.

  • You’ll learn precision punching drills, self defence techniques and refine your footwork through shadow boxing, step ladders and boxing bags/pads.
