“My biggest challenges were prioritising time to train. My schedule is extremely erratic, it includes a lot of travel because I commute to work and being able to fit training in a more holistic way was really challenging.”

“My favourite thing about Lockeroom is definitely the fist pump - I cringed on my first day when I saw others doing it but this symbolises so much. It’s recognition of achievement on a good day, it’s encouragement to keep going on a bad day and it’s camaraderie and trust that we are all making significant effort towards our best selves.

Having class times that are available over the course of the day has given me the flexibility to be able to train at the time that suits me and prioritise my health. I’ve ended up training very early in the morning, I train with the same cool people everyday which is really fantastic.

Because I’m travelling for work, the fact I can access my program remotely in a hotel gym when needed is really helpful.”
