Our Methodology

Our personal training experience has been designed with busy professionals in mind. With a coaching and programming methodology that has been refined over the past decade with thousands of clients.
Each client at Lockeroom has a personal relationship manager who holds them accountable to their training, appointments, nutrition and goals.
We puts aside unnecessary amenities, fancy equipment or fads and deliver what is most important to clients, transformation. Our results are not based on quick short term fixes but on long term, sustainable and consistent lifestyle changes that compound for optimal health improvements.

Lockeroom’s story is one that started 10 years before it opened its doors.

Founded in 2021, Lockeroom truly began back in 2011 when founders Lachlan Rowston and Raph Freedman first met.

Of course, like any good founders story they met at a gym in Sydney’s North Shore.

Funnily enough It was CrossFit that ignited their friendship.

3 years later the pair had 3 group functional fitness gyms under the brand Creature Fitness which they successfully ran together for 7 years before selling the business in 2021 to free up resources and time for their new and exciting venture Lockeroom.

To serve the client Lach and Raph had become so passionate about helping.
